It’s that time of year again: hot cocoa in your favorite mug, piles of blankets appearing from under the bed, and new winter tires to stay on the road. But one tradition keeps everyone grimacing smiling – ugly, itchy, hilarious holiday sweaters!
Ugly sweaters are a staple of the cold months and we want to see yours! While we’re not sure you really need any encouragement, 3 lucky sweater wearers will score a brand-new OPPO N1 smartphone to take more terrible sweater selfies. 1 winner will be chosen based on total likes, +1’s, and retweets he or she receives, while the other two will be chosen by our in-house sweater connoisseurs.
Grab the best (or worst) ugly sweater you can find, take a picture of yourself wearing it and tag @cyanogenmod and @oppo in your post along with the hashtag #sweaterselfieshowdown. Then email us at contest@cyngn.com with the subject line “Sweater Selfie Showdown – [Your First and Last Name]” and links to your posts in the body.
Enter between now and Midnight PST January 6th, 2013. Winners will be announced later that week.
So trudge to your nearest thrift store or break out the masterpiece grandma gave you last week or holidays past – it’s time to get warm and win!
